An aircraft on ground earns nothing and blocks every rotation behind it. The part is hand-carried to the stand rather than joining a freight queue.
From a courier who never leaves your cargo’s side to a freighter chartered in hours — matched to what is moving, and when it has to land.
Not sure which one you need? Tell us the deadline and the destination — we work the route backwards from when it has to land.
Time-critical logistics only earns its name where downtime has a real price. These are the sectors we’re built around — and what is usually on the line when the call comes in.
An aircraft on ground earns nothing and blocks every rotation behind it. The part is hand-carried to the stand rather than joining a freight queue.
A stopped line idles a whole plant and everyone on it. Recovery is counted in hours, so the component travels on the next departure — not the next consolidation.
Trial samples, biologics and cell therapies carry a temperature window and an expiry clock at once. Both are held end to end, and both are recorded.
A tool down, or a lot stalled between process steps, holds up everything behind it. Masks, wafers and spares move under continuous custody.
The session does not move for a late part. Freight goes trackside, or to the venue, against a clock published months ago.
Downtime on a rig or a vessel is punishing, and the asset is rarely near a hub. Spares are routed to the port or platform that can actually receive them.
On-board couriers move hand-to-hand on scheduled flights through every major air hub — and where there’s no flight, we charter one. If it has a runway, we reach it.

No black box. A named coordinator owns your shipment end to end — here is the path it takes, and what changes hands at each step.
One call or one form. Tell us the deadline, the destination and what’s moving. Our operations desk answers in minutes, day or night — there is no queue when minutes count.
Our team maps every option in parallel — on-board, next flight out, charter, ground — and locks the fastest viable path. You get one clear plan and one price, fast enough to act on.
Couriers are dispatched, aircraft secured, customs pre-cleared. A named coordinator owns your shipment end to end and keeps you informed at every handover.
Hand-to-hand delivery with signed proof and a complete status trail. On time, on record, every time.
Every step above is owned by one named coordinator — from the first call to signed proof.
Time-critical work is won or lost on everything around the freight — the desk that answers, the courier already moving, the paperwork raised before you land. This is what we hold ourselves to.
A live operations desk rather than a ticket queue — 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Time-critical work does not keep office hours, and neither do we.
Passports and visas current, bags already packed. An on-board courier can be moving toward a departure gate within hours of your call, not the next working day.
On an on-board courier move the consignment never leaves the person carrying it — no hold, no transfer desk, no sorting facility — and it is signed for at every handover.
Customs and regulatory documentation is prepared while the shipment is already in motion, so clearance is waiting on arrival instead of starting there.
Consignments packed, labelled and documented to the standard the cargo actually requires, with temperature integrity maintained and recorded end to end.
Tamper-evident seals, a documented chain of custody, and nothing shared beyond the people physically moving it.
An on-board courier (OBC) is a vetted courier who collects your shipment by hand and travels with it in the aircraft cabin, origin to destination, without it ever leaving their custody. You need one when the consignment is irreplaceable, too valuable to hand over, or when a single missed transfer would cost more than the flight — a stopped production line, a grounded aircraft, a clinical sample with an expiry clock.
An OBC travels with the shipment; Next Flight Out (NFO) puts it on the first available departure on the best route, carried as freight rather than accompanied. OBC gives you unbroken custody and the tightest possible chain of control. NFO gives you global reach at lower cost, which is the right answer when the shipment is urgent but does not need a person beside it the whole way.
We work backwards from when it has to land, not forwards from when it was booked. In practice the limit is rarely us — it is the next departure on a viable route, the paperwork the destination requires, and the ground legs at either end. Tell us the deadline on the first call and we will tell you honestly whether it is reachable, and by which of the four services.
Yes. Aircraft on ground is the clearest case for time-critical logistics: the part is small, the aircraft is not, and every hour it stays on stand is charged to someone. We move AOG parts by on-board courier, next flight out or charter depending on where the part is, where the aircraft is, and what the next departure looks like.
Tell us what it is before you book, not after. Dangerous goods, temperature-controlled consignments and high-value freight each change the routing, the paperwork and sometimes the aircraft — they are all movable, but only if they are declared up front. Anything undeclared is what turns a tight schedule into a shipment stopped at a customs desk.
We are based in India and operate worldwide, hand-carrying on scheduled flights through the major air hubs and chartering where there is no flight to take. If a route exists we will quote it; if one does not, we will say so rather than let you find out in transit.
Send the enquiry form on this page, or call the operations desk. The two things that matter most on first contact are what is moving and when it has to land — origin, destination, weight and dimensions let us price it, but the deadline is what decides which service can actually meet it.

One form. A named coordinator comes straight back with a route and a price — fast enough to act on. Prefer to talk? Call the desk, any hour.
